Natalie Stute is the Vice President for Human Resources at Jostens, Inc. From yearbooks to class rings, championship sports rings, diplomas, and graduation gowns, Jostens is the market leader of over 118 years annually serving over 25,000 schools, campuses, teams, and fan enthusiasts across North America. Stute is a member of the executive leadership team and has responsibility for Jostens Global Human Resources function where she partners with Jostens businesses to develop and lead the human capital management strategy.
Since joining Jostens, Stute has transformed the organization’s compensation structure, succession planning strategy, talent management, recognition program, and led efforts to receive such accolades as ‘Top 100 Companies to Work in the Twin Cities’ and HR.com’s ‘50 Most Engaged Workplaces in the U.S.’ for consecutive years.
Prior to joining Jostens, Stute held various leadership roles with Best Buy and Travelers Insurance. She serves as a board member of the Jostens Foundation, an executive mentor with Menttium, member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., The Links Incorporated, an HR Advisor with Way to Grow, and a member of Jack and Jill of America. Stute holds a B.A. from Florida A&M University, M.A. – HRIR from the University of MN – Carlson School of Management, and lives in Minneapolis with her husband Will Stute and four sons.
